In collaboration with Het Grote Midden Oosten Platform Branoul hosts two special fundfaising evenings in support of the HOPE Foundation (Gaza) and Tiro Association for Arts (Beirut). Across two nights, the work of writer Ahmed Masoud comes to life through theatrical readings, film, music, and storytelling.

On 28 May, Application 39 offers a sharp, darkly comic take on an imagined Olympic future for Gaza.
On 29 May, The Shroud Maker presents a powerful and intimate portrait of resilience and survival.
Both evenings include films, interviews, short readings, and a warm café setting with food and conversation. Each night stands on its own, but together, they offer a deeper, layered experience.

Together, we hope to raise meaningful support for two vital cultural initiatives:

• HOPE Foundation (Gaza): providing safe and creative spaces for children and young people
• Tiro Association for Arts (Beirut): running Lebanon’s National Theatre, offering both artistic programming and shelter to displaced families
