Welcome to IDOBATA Stories, an intimate storytelling stage. Inspired by the Japanese tradition of the communal well-side gathering, it trades formal podiums for a cozy living room atmosphere, creating a dedicated space for raw narratives and genuine community connection.

The host is Terra Norihiro Terazawa, a Japanese storyteller, theatermaker based in The Hague, former MD of a storytelling center. You don’t need to know all the details yet. But if you have been craving a space to feel more alive, to connect, or to be inspired by the voices around you—this is an open invitation to pull up a chair.
